An NVOCC is defined as an ocean “carrier” that does not have their own ships. Instead, they lease space from ocean carriers on their customer’s behalf. Seashell is registered as a NVOCC operator & MLO with all Indian ports. Seashell is also a registered NVOCC operator with FMC (Federal Maritime Commission), United States of America. As an NVOCC we own all kinds of containers and operate them in different trade lines as per the demand and the customer needs.
